Insight education was founded by Dr. Ying Sun, an IECA certified alumni of the Education College of Johns Hopkins University. The founder of Insight education, Ph.D Biology of Sun Yat-Sen University, M.A. Teaching in Science from Johns Hopkins University, and an American teacher qualification certificate holder. Before setting up Insight education, for 16 years she was engaged in teaching, scientific research and management in the field of education and training at home and abroad and later held a teaching post in the U.S.’s Walt Whitman high school (ranked 1st in Maryland), BGI genomics, Chinese University of Hong Kong and other institutions. She has a profound understanding and unique insights into the teaching system, educational ideas and teaching methods in China and Western countries.

Dr. Sun Ying is a rare American student consultant who has been accredited by IECA (Independent Education Advisory Committee). Over the years, she has paid official visits to many universities in the United States and participated in various international conferences and conferences, such as the world's largest educational event, NAFSA (National Association of Foreign Student Affairs, the annual meeting of the American International Student Education Association), and the annual meeting of NACAC (National Association of College Admission, American University Admission Committee).
